Enter RO number
for
which the publication bill details(bill number and date) needs to
be entered.
Manually
enter RO number and click on Search. The details of entered RO
(Heading
, Size, Publication with editions , Others) are
fetched and displayed
Amount Details
If the bill details have already been saved , the amount details are
displayed in Save mode(Save button is displayed). Any changes needed
can be entered and Save button is clicked.
If the details are yet to be entered , the amount details are displayed
in Add mode(Add button is displayed)

summation of the amounts of the listed RO.

Enter the
required discount percentage.

Net Amount
Specifies the
net amount to be paid by client.
Preloaded
amount is calculated based on the discount and tax percent when
calculate button is clicked.
Bill Date*
Specify date
displayed in the publication bill
Click
on the calendar icon as shown and select the required date from
the displayed calendar.
Bill Number*
Specify
Publication bill number
Manually
entry of the bill number displayed on the bill.
Add/Save changes
Click on Add/Save button as displayed to add details or update the changes made .
