not present in the drop down click on Add
New Client to
add any new Client.
Publication *
Select the
Publication Name on which the advertisement is to be published.
If
not present in the drop down , add new Publication details in the
main menu Publication
Masters .
Position *
Enter the
position where the advertisement is to be published.
Ex. Front Page,
Back Page,
Third Page, 5thPage
, Special Page etc.,
Sub Agent
Select sub
agent( if any) from the drop down.
If
not present in the drop down , add new Sub agent in Sub Agent
Masters
and then select from drop down.

Select Type of

Enter heading
for the advertisement .

Edition *
The Edition
drop down gets displayed when a publication is selected. Drop
down is populated with the available editions. Select the
required edition.
Select
the required edition from the drop down.
If
edition is not present in the drop down , add new Publication
edition . For adding new edition for the existing publication ,
go to main menu Masters , select Publication List. Edit the
required publication and add the editions.
Ad Type *
The Ad Type
drop down gets displayed when a publication is selected. Drop
down is populated with the available Advertisement Types. Select
the required type of advertisement.
Select
the required Ad Type from the drop down.
If
Ad Type is not present in the drop down , add new Publication Ad
Type . For adding new Ad Type for the existing publication , go
to main menu Masters , select Publication List. Edit the required
publication and add the Ad Type .
Insertion Date
*
Specify the
date of insertion of the particular advertisement for the
selected edition and ad type
Click
on the calendar icon as shown and select the required date from
the displayed calendar.
Size *
Enter the size
of the advertisement as requested by client/ Sub agent .
Enter
the value with respect to the unit specified . The unit specified
comes from the unit mentioned in Advertisement type category
under Publication Masters. Ex. 24 for type cc etc .,
Rate *
Specifies rate
for the particular advertisement per unit of the advertisement
type mentioned .
The
rate value is preloaded from the details mentioned in Publication
rate masters.
Premium *
Enter the
premium for the particular advertisement for the specific edition
mentioned .
Manual
Entry . Ex. 25 % of third Page , 50% of Back Page etc.,

Specify the
final rate of the RO as per the multiple edition package rate.
The premium can
be mentioned if the advertisement is generic to all editions.
If
the value is not supplied , the value is calculated from the rate
details specified in Publication Rate Masters.

Click on Save and Generate RO button to Generate RO. The RO can be printed using the print icon.
