Icon Legends

While using the software you may come across various icons. A pop up text will appear describing the use of the icon if the mouse is dragged over the icon.

All the icons with their description are listed below.

		View First Page .
		View Last page.
		View Next Page.
		View Previous Page.
		Implies that the current entry is active. Click on it to make Deactivate .
		Implies that the current entry is not active. Click on it to Activate .
		Edits the selected entry .
		Delete option removes the selected entry .

Login Form

Use the Login Name and Password supplied to you for the initial login. If you have successfully logged in , you will be taken to RecruDesk welcome page.

System Menu

Using the System menu is the most common way to avail the features of this software. The menu has a Home option that loads the Welcome Page. The Transactions, Masters, and Reports options deals with the main data. The Tools menu deals with system management. The Support option renders user help and support site details.

The details about Masters ,Transactions and Reports menu are discussed below.

Masters Menu

The masters menu is designed for data entry and data retrieval operations. All masters are of similar view.

On selecting Masters > in that any menu, for example City

First of all there are text fields for adding new values. The master form display the list of values existing in the database below the text fields. These values can be updated by clicking edit button besides the values.

Transactions Menu

All the main operations of managing applicants, their applications, clients and vacancy details are performed here. Each Menu is supplied with its help feature.

Reports Menu

Feature 1: Candidate Report

Go to Reports > Candidate Report

From here reports can be generated using options like name, city, state, experience, qualification, Skills and enroll date.

Feature 2 : Client Report

Go to Reports > Client Report

From here reports can be generated using options like name, city, state, industry, enroll date.

Feature 3 : Position Report

Go to Reports > Position Report

From here reports can be generated using options like title, company, functional area,job role, skills, experience, status and open date.

Tools Menu

Features regarding this menu are listed below.

Feature 1 : Task-Reminders

Go to Tools > Task-Reminders

Here user can create his / her tasks. User can also set date and time. These tasks would be displayed throughout the system in the side panel.

Feature 2 : Backup

Go to Tools > Backup

By clicking Backup button, Backup of the entire database is created.

Feature 3 : Create Login

Go to Tools > Create Login

Here user accounts can be generated. User roles and privileges are assigned from here.

Feature 4 : Settings

Go to Tools > Settings

System settings can be done here.

Support Menu

All help features and license details are mentioned under this menu.
This menu also gives on-line support option .

Logout

To logout out of the application click on Logout at the top right corner of the application .
